Once you hit 35, there's a HUGE decline in estrogen and progesterone. This creates a huge imbalance in your hormones. Hi, Im Coach Alex (short for Alexandra) owner of FitByAlex. I have a multitude of experience in the industry. NASM Personal Training Certification + Nutrition Courses, 3x Bikini Competition, & College D1 Athlete.

I owned a Boutique Personal Training Gym in Kennesaw, Ga for 6 years (COVID brought me to close doors).  I helped over 1000 clients transform.

FAQ
Do you offer in person or is this all online? I offer in person training for those in the Cobb County (GA) area and Atlanta area. I also offer remote options if you're schedule doesn't allow for in person or you prefer working out on your own time. 

How much does a program cost? I know we all hate this answer, but it really depends. The cost depends on your goal. Someone who wants to lose 50lbs will need a longer term program. Also if we are meeting for in person training that will factor in to your investment. However, programs will range from $69-$199/ week. 

How long will it take me to lose 30lbs? I'm VERY transparent, and I'm not here for quick fixes. The goal for all my clients is for them to keep the weight off and create a lifestyle. According to an article done by The Cleveland Clinic, 80-90% of people gain the weight they've lost back within 5 years. 

So on average, it takes my clients 4-6 months to lose 30lbs. 

Why does the cost seem more than a gym? I've found in order for clients to be successful in their fitness journey, they need 4 things; The Right Nutrition, Fitness, Habits & Mindset, and finally the MOST important, Accountability & Mentorship to implement the right habits, routines and mindset for a Total Health Makeover that will last forever. 

Your local gym costs $30 but it only provides one piece, fitness. They don't provide nutrition, accountability, or mentorship. 

Meal plans or diets don't provide anything but the nutrition portion. It doesn't change according to your progress, lifestyle, or likes. It doesn't provide the fitness, accountability, or mentorship piece. 

Facebook fitness and nutrition groups provide lots of information, support and community. However, it's not tailored to you and your lifestyle. The BEST Plan is the one you can stick to. And sometimes the overload of information is overwhelming and causes paralysis.
