I fell into the world of health and wellness almost purely by accident. 

At my heaviest weight of 235 lbs, I struggled to know which foods to eat, what exercises to do and had absolutely ZERO self-control!

I experienced my first major physical injury in middle school during PE. While running, my right knee dislocated. A few months later (while running) my knee dislocated again. A few years later in high school, it dislocated on the left side...then the right...and finally, BOTH knees at the same time!

Ever since, I became less excited and more fearful of running. I didn't want to go back to crutches, knee braces, pain medication, and that feeling of helplessness.

My frustration fueled my action. I knew that if I wanted to change this situation, I needed to change. There was no other option but to get stronger, so I took my time, listened to both my body and professional counsel, and put in the work to never go back to crutches again!

I'm here to be your support as you make the first steps in transforming your body and mindset. It's amazing what your body can do once you believe it is capable.
